Center Village is a non-profit Residential Care Facility which serves persons who need assistance with living. Center Village provides nutritional planning, medication monitoring, assistance with daily living skills, or help with money management.

We are located at 19248 Maple Avenue, 4 miles north of Keosauqua, IA, at the former county care facility. Center Village, Inc., with the assistance of a local board of directors privatized the facility in 1992. We are licensed by the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals and certified by the Department of Human Services for the ARO - Adult Rehabilitative Options - Program.
