Center Village is a non-profit Residential Care Facility which serves persons who need assisted living, which may include; nutritional planning, medication administering or monitoring, assistance with daily living skis (bathing, dressing, etc.), or money management Consumers must be ambulatory. Center Village is the former Van l3uren County Care Facility located 4 miles north of Keosauqua, IA on highway #1. The facility is licensed for 48 consumers. The residential wings, dining, laundry and nursing areas are housed in a structure which was constructed in 1976.

Office and class room spaces were added in 1995. Our facility features private rooms with adjoining lavatories; semi-private rooms (2 people) which share a bath with another semi-private room; and three person rooms sharing a bath with another triple occupancy. Each wing also has a central bath area and lounge. The wings are connected by the dining facilities, central lounge area and medication station.
